The Board of Directors (BOD) of PT Dua Empat Tujuh is strongly committed to the continuous development and implementation of a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 by:
- Assuming responsibility for the effectiveness of the quality management system.
- Establishing a Quality Policy aligned with the strategic direction and organizational context of PT Dua Empat Tujuh, containing a commitment to consistently comply with government regulations. This Quality Policy is disseminated to all staff and managers at PT Dua Empat Tujuh and is continuously evaluated for its suitability to the development of PT Dua Empat Tujuh's business processes.
- Establishing Quality Objectives annually, aligned with the strategic direction and organizational context, as well as the priorities established at PT Dua Empat Tujuh.
- Conducting outreach and guidance to all staff, coordinators, supervisors, and managers at PT Dua Empat Tujuh to ensure that they consistently work in accordance with government regulations and prioritize customer satisfaction in serving customers.
- Ensuring the integration of quality management system requirements into the company's business processes and promoting awareness of the process approach.
- Ensure that PT Dua Empat Tujuh has all the resources necessary to implement its business processes.
- Communicate the importance of an effective quality management system and meet the quality management system requirements.
- Ensure that the quality management system achieves its intended results; engage, direct, and support people to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system; and promote continuous improvement.
- Conduct periodic management reviews to evaluate the suitability and effectiveness of the Quality Management System in achieving PT Dua Empat Tujuh's performance and to determine any necessary corrective actions. Records of these management reviews are maintained.

- Taking full responsibility for the effectiveness of the Environmental Management System in minimizing the negative impact of the company's operations on the environment.
- Establishing an Environmental Policy appropriate to the organizational context and the environmental impact of PT Dua Empat Tujuh's business activities, which includes a commitment to environmental protection, pollution prevention, and compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations.
- Establishing periodic Environmental Targets aligned with the company's strategic direction, with a focus on waste reduction, energy efficiency, and the management of other key environmental aspects.
- Conducting outreach and guidance to all staff, coordinators, supervisors, and managers at PT Dua Empat Tujuh to ensure awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental sustainability in all work activities.
- Ensuring the integration of environmental management system requirements into the company's business processes so that environmental aspects are a primary consideration in strategic decision-making.
- Provide the necessary resources, including personnel, infrastructure and technology, to support the implementation and control of an effective environmental management system.
